To carry out our work with the greatest efficiency, we use the methodology based on Accompanied Reasoning , where the participants build themselves, step by step and with the guidance of our trainers, the conceptual structure that supports the different topics that are developed during the training. Through this process, they not only acquire the desired capabilities, but they themselves discover what each of these issues mean, what advantages they bring and the logical relationships between them, thus configuring a global image that facilitates learning and motivation.
To develop the different factors that characterize the Learning Agility we have developed a training path consisting of five modules grouped into three levels:
(Self-awareness) allows us to understand and improve our own mental processes (Mental Agility) and better understand others (People Agility) Improving our mental abilities and the knowledge of others gives us security in changing and uncertain environments (Change Agility) , which allows us to improve the ability to obtain results in these innovative and challenging environments > (Results Agility) .
All this process is carried out using our own tools that allow to visualize, in a clear and very graphic way, the different structures with which the different concepts are worked on.
Thus, we use tools such as the Diana de MAGARO ® , to understand our value structure, the Model of 6 Responses ® to visualize our personal dynamics, or the technique of TEAM Blocks ® to understand the structure and model the dynamics of the work teams.
In addition, to carry out our training activities we can use two different and complementary environments, the classroom and the natural environment.
