ProS4Pro, our first paying customer, is applying ETR 0.5 to mortgage operations in a paid pilot that went live in 2026: exception handling, transaction monitoring and decision support.

The pilot is measured on exception-detection quality, processing time, avoidable rework, completeness of explanations and consistency of operational decisions. We will publish results once they are measured.
